At Pura Vida, we welcome people of all ages - from newborn babies to grandparents. Our practice has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere where families can grow together in health. We share the space with Lilianne, a midwife from Before We Meet, who specializes in pregnancy ultrasounds, creating a beautiful connection between care, life, and growth.

Our practice is located on the border of Voorburg and The Hague, close to Laan van Noi Station.
Thanks to its convenient location and the ample availability of free parking nearby, we are easily accessible to everyone.
Julie Nguyen
Originally from Paris, Julie graduated from the Barcelona College of Chiropractic. She lived and worked in Spain for several years before continuing her professional journey in the Netherlands. With her curious and open-minded spirit, she is constantly seeking growth, development, and connection - both personally and professionally.
Julie is passionate about helping people achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life through chiropractic care. She combines clinical expertise with genuine care and strives to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. At Pura Vida, Julie will be responsible for our pediatric care, with a special focus on pregnant women, babies, and children. This is a cause close to her heart: gentle chiropractic adjustments can help babies relieve tension after birth, support optimal nervous system function, and foster healthy development from the very beginning.
Although pediatrics is a key part of her practice, Julie also treats patients of all ages - from young adults to seniors - helping them move better, feel better, and fully enjoy life.

Marie Bouchayer
Marie was born and raised in France, between Paris and Normandy. She chose to study chiropractic because she wanted to help people with her hands and heart. In 2017, after graduating from IFEC (Institut Franco-Européen de Chiropraxie), she came to understand that chiropractic is not just about relieving pain - it’s also a way to regulate the nervous system and experience a clearer, more connected life. This philosophy continues to guide her approach to care: prioritizing the clearing of the system, restoring flow, and allowing the body to heal and rebalance itself.
She also studied Hatha yoga with a focus on breathing techniques and specialized in women’s health and pregnancy as a chiropractor. Marie enjoyed living and working in Paris for five years before moving to the Netherlands in 2023.
She is deeply grateful for this new chapter in her life and for all the wonderful experiences The Hague has brought her so far. Marie is very much looking forward to meeting you and using her skills and experience to support your health and vitality.
