We will discuss your medical history, current complaints, and health goals to understand your situation and needs.

Chiropractic Explanation

You will receive a brief explanation of what chiropractic care involves, what to expect from treatments, and how we work in our practice.

Posture Analysis (including photos)

​

We will take a posture photo and analyze your body alignment to visually assess tension patterns and overall posture.

Physical Examination

​

We perform a thorough assessment of your movement, spine, and nervous system, including:

• Range of Motion Testing

• Orthopedic Tests

• Neurological Tests (if applicable)

First Chiropractic Adjustment

​

If there are no medical contraindications, you will receive your first adjustment during this session.
